Guest House:

The monastery has a small guest house, consisting of 2 two-bedded self-contained  flats;  1  self-contained studio flat & facilities for day guests and groups. Since the monastic community is an expression of the mystery of the Church, the Body of Christ, where nothing is to be preferred to the praise of the Father’s glory, we are happy to share our Liturgy with everyone who comes to visit us. If you have not visited us before then we ask that you initially write to the Guest Mistress, to introduce yourself. If you have stayed with us before then please phone or email. We suggest a donation of £20 - £30 per night.

Requests for Prayer:

We receive many requests for our support in prayer and these are always included in our daily turning to the Lord, both communally and privately.

How to find us

By train:

Whitland Station is approximately one mile from Holy Cross Abbey. We can arrange to meet you at the station.

By road:

Holy Cross Abbey is on Velfrey Road.

Driving through Whitland with the railway station on your right, Velfery Road is the first turning on the right after the level crossing.

The monastery is on the right, just after the care home.

Come down the drive and ring the front door bell.
